We will contact you regarding orders where one or more items are not in stock within 1 business day.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping options are available during checkout.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to the address provided once shipped.
returns & cancellations:
You may return new and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. A 20% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns require a return authorization (RA) number. Please e-mail gaugeART to receive a RA number. Used items may not be returned. If a used item is returned, we will offer to return the item to you at your expense.
If you cancel your order after placing it online, the credit card processing fee (3%) we are charged to process your order will be deducted from the refund (this fee is not recoverable from the processor).
gaugeART products are provided with a limited 1 year warranty from the date of sale. Should you experience a problem with your product, please first view our troubleshooting instructions. You may then contact our technical support team. Support is available on our Support Ticket System.
